It’s the 40th Anniversary for Hot Spring®!

Did you know that Hot Spring is the largest hot tub manufacturer in the industry?

Our relentless pursuit of making the best hot tub in the world was just one way we got there. We also partner with the absolute best hot tub dealers in North America. Not only are our dealers committed to delivering a fantastic shopping experience, but they also give back to their local communities. Hot Spring is part of the Watkins Wellness® family of brands, where the “Watkins Way” is not just words on paper – it is lived every day. In honor of our 40th anniversary, we’ve gathered 40 Acts of Kindness to highlight all of the great work our dealers are doing in their community. We hope it inspires you to make every day better.

Philanthropic Events and Youth Cycling Team

Olympic is striving to have a more visible philanthropic profile in our region. To that end, we are now doing two significant give campaigns annually. This past April we completed our first Heroes Event, and it was a great success. We partnered with Hot Spring® to help us donate a portion of the money from each Hot Spring and Hot Spot® Spa sold in April to Fisher House, which is a non-profit tied to Joint Base Lewis-McChord. JBLM is the big military/air force base in our region. Fisher House is the facility that helps house families for vets receiving medical care. Olympic also donated $100 for every Freeflow® Spa, Finnleo Sauna and Covana Automated Gazebo sold during the period. We raised $22,250 that was donated to Fisher House! We're kicking off our first Founder's Event in October. This is designed to honor Alice & Blair as the previous owners of the company. Each October, we plan to identify a charity surrounding their three passions: the arts, hunger, or the homeless. We haven't yet identified this year's recipient, but am leaning towards hunger and supporting 2-3 key food banks in the area. Additionally, we signed up this year to sponsor a youth cycling team. The idea here is to further support our health & wellness messaging and encourage youth to be active. Cycle U is the non-profit organization we signed up to sponsor. We will participate in their race events, and they will also kick off a couple of events here at our new Westlake location. If things go well, we plan to also sponsor the adult triathlete team that is part of their organization.
