1. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Hot Spring Spas Ratings & Reviews Sweepstakes Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins on September 1, 2012 at 12:00:00 A.M. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on August 30, 2013 at 11:59:59 P.M. PT (the "Promotion Period") and will be divided into six (12) Entry Periods (each an "Entry Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open only to individuals who (a) are legal residents of and domiciled in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and (b) are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to participate: (i) employees of Watkins Manufacturing Corporation ("Sponsor") or Masco Corporation, any of their subsidiaries or affiliate companies, or their advertising, marketing or promotional agencies; (ii) family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children and in-laws) of any individual referred to in clause (i); and (iii) persons living in the same household (whether or not related) with any person referred to in clause (i) or (ii) above. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void (a) outside the United States and the District of Columbia, and (b) where prohibited by law.
3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Your participation in the Promotion constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. HOW TO ENTER. You will receive one (1) Entry for each review you submit of Hot Spring or Hot Spot spa at http://www.hotspring.com/owners/rate-your-spa (a "Review") during the Promotion Period (subject to the Entry limits specified below).

   To submit a Review visit http://www.hotspring.com/owners/rate-your-spa. Select the product you want to Review, then click on the "Rate It" button. Complete all of the required fields with accurate information and follow the instructions for submitting a Review.

   To submit a Review, you must follow the online instructions and comply with: (i) the "Review Guidelines" available at http://reviews.hotspring.com/content/0526-en_us/guidelines.htm and (ii) the "Customer Ratings and Reviews Terms & Conditions" available at http://reviews.hotspring.com/content/0526-en_us/termsandconditions.htm, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Your Review will not be eligible for an entry into the Promotion if you do not comply with the Review Guidelines and Terms & Conditions. Entries that do not meet the requirements of these Official Rules, in the opinion of Sponsor, will be void. Only Reviews that are posted on the Hot Spring Spas website will result in an Entry to the Promotion.

   You must include a valid email address to enter. At the bottom of Review submission form you must acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Official Rules by clicking on the designated box that says: Yes, I would like to be entered to win to Hot Spring Robes. You must check this box during the Promotion Period to submit your personal contact information (an "Entry").

   Limit one (1) Entry per person, per Hot Spring spa. You may only submit one (1) Review per product during the Promotion Period. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Reviews cannot be changed after submission, and they become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries will not be acknowledged.

   All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any attempt by any entrant to submit more than one entry by using multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.

5. SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS. Approximately 10 days after the end of each of the six Entry Periods, a random drawing will be conducted by Random.org, a third party organization from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period to determine the winner for that Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Non-winning entries will not be carried over into subsequent Entry Period drawings.

   Each potential winner will be initially contacted via email to proceed with the winner verification process. Once initial verification is completed the potential winner will notified by a traceable form of delivery. The potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release, within 7 days after prize notification. Failure to timely return required documents, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Forfeiture of the prize will also result if the potential winner did not comply with these Official Rules, if Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable.

6. NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS OF POTENTIAL WINNERS. Each potential winner will be initially contacted via email to proceed with the winner verification process and obtain a valid mailing address. Once initial verification is completed and a valid mailing address is provided, the potential winner will notified by a traceable form of delivery. Each potential winner must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release (unless prohibited) within ten (10) days of written notification or such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize may be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to another entrant who is randomly selected if (i) any of the required documentation is not returned timely, (ii) any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, (iii) Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within five (5) days of the first attempt to contact him or her, (iv) a potential winner fails to provide his or her contact information, (v) a potential winner is determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be ineligible, (vi) a potential winner declines the prize, or (vii) a potential winner is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
   
   Winner's Entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), for advertising, promotions and other purposes in all forms of media, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

7. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"). Each of the six (12 winners (one per month) will receive two (2) Hot Spring Spas robes (one size fits all). Each prize is nontransferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded. All applicable taxes (including federal, state, and local income taxes for U.S. winners), duties, and the like, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No cash substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of prize by winner is permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any prize described herein, or any portion thereof, with an alternative of equal or greater value. The ARV for each prize is $60, and the aggregate ARV of all prizes is: $360.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter, will be deemed to be the entrant, but only if such person meets all other eligibility criteria. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
   

   Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or who Sponsor suspects has engaged in any of the foregoing. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including for infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award the prizes from among all eligible online entries received prior to cancellation.

   In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in Promotion Materials (including but not limited to point of sale, internet, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be inapplicable and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

   ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SPONSOR HAS NEITHER MADE NOR IS IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ITS QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

   By entering, participant represents that their Entry is original, truthful and will not constitute defamation or an invasion of privacy or otherwise infringe upon the rights of any third party, and that the participant owns or has the rights to convey any and all right and title in such review. In addition, by entering, participant grants to Sponsor a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and /or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to the entrant at any time in the future for any purpose, without further permission, notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law).

   By entering, the winner of the Prize grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use winner's name, likeness, voice, statements, opinions and biographical information for advertising, promotion and other purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law.

   Online Entries on hotspring.com are governed by Watkins' Privacy Policy of the hotspring.com website, which may be accessed by clicking on the links at the bottom of the home page of the hotspring.com website.

9. RELEASE. As a condition of entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees, and as a condition of being awarded a prize, each winner agrees, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and Masco Corporation, their respective subsidiaries or affiliate companies, their advertising, marketing or promotional agencies and each such company's respective officers, employees, directors, representatives and agents and all others associated with the development and execution of this Promotion (individually and collectively, the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments, costs and expenses, damages of any kind whatsoever, injuries, or losses to persons or property arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, the Promotion, submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded, or any actual or alleged breach by entrant of these Official Rules.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Promotion; (b) failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware, software or technical malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (c) errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including, but not limited to, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement or notification of any winner or prize or the cancellation of the Promotion; (d) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Promotion; (e) incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged or lost entries; or (f) failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, YOU WAIVE (TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW) THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. If there is any conflict between any promotional material and these Official Rules, the provisions of these Official rules shall prevail. The resolution of any dispute shall be within Sponsor's sole discretion. As a condition of entering the Promotion, except as prohibited by law, you agree that: (a) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees or court costs. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

13. WINNERS LIST. The winners' name will be posted on http://www.hotspring.com/owners on or about 20 days after the end of each Entry Period.
14. SPONSOR. The Sponsor of this Promotion is Watkins Manufacturing Corporation, 1280 Park Center Drive, Vista, California 92801.

By entering this Promotion, each participant acknowledges that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants agree to release Facebook from all liability related to this Promotion. Participants understand that they are providing their own information to Watkins Manufacturing Corporation and not to Facebook.
