Hydromassage® Rotary Jet - Voluntary Recall
Important Safety Notice for Hot Spring® Spas Owners
In collaboration with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Watkins Wellness is conducting a voluntary product recall on the Hydromassage® rotary jet found in Hot Spring Highlife Collection spas because the jets can create a suction force that allows the user's hair to be entangled in the jet, posing entanglement and drowning hazards to the user. Consumers are advised to turn off the Hydromassage jet(s) to help prevent any risk of hair entanglement. Replacement jets are available to all affected customers at no charge.
What You Should Do Now
- Identify If Your Spa is Impacted: If you are unsure if your spa contains recalled jets, please click here.
- Turn Off the Jet (If You Haven't Already): If the Hydromassage rotary jet is still in use, please turn it off immediately to reduce any potential risk. Simply turn the jet clockwise until you feel a hard stop. No need to drain or power down your spa. Detailed instructions can be found here.
- Request Your Free Replacement Jets: Replacement jets are provided at no cost and will be shipped directly to you. Please call or email us to receive your new jets.

The replacement jets are designed for simple installation and can be replaced while your spa is still powered on and filled with water. No draining. No power shutdown required.
