Beam^™

It was delivered over a month ago and is inoperative. Breakers trip within 24 hours. I was able to use it three times for 15 minutes in the first week after resetting the breakers each time. I finally gave up and left it off. I now have a big tub of cold water on my patio.

We received our Beam in April of 2020, so we are just outside of the five year warranty period. Fingers crossed, we get many more years of use out of it because we love it and someone in the family uses it almost daily. I love the variety of jets, the salt sytem that really minimized chlorine and how low maintenance it is. The water pump went out at year five but was replaced under warranty, no cost and replacement water was salted for us and we were good to go. The headrest pads have bubbled and are peeling. I need to look into replace them. One of the jets (and strangly only one) is rusting. Id like to replace that too and the lid cover has a few small cracks Id like to have a patch kit that color matches. For five years of frequent use, Id say theses are really minor issues. I would buy it again in a heart beat. When I go out for a morning soak by myself, especially in the snow, and the steam is rising around me, I feel like a Norse goddess in my private hotspring and think what an amazing time it is when ordinary people can have this kind of luxury in their back yard.

We've been using the spa for a little over two months and so far so good. The reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is that we found out after delivery that with the 115V model you run either the heater or the jets, but not both at the same time. Other than that (which is not a huge problem), we are very happy with the spa.

This is the best purchase I’ve made. We use it every day. This is high quality and really easy to maintain. The jets are really powerful with the ability to turn them down.

My wife and I finally purchased our first hot tub after finding the HotSpring saltwater system. It DOES NOT disappoint! We have used it at least once a day since it was installed 3 months ago and it brings so much relaxation and calm into our lives. Great way to wind down after a full day and workout. I recommend it to all that ask about it.

Our Beam spa looks great and with the Covana cover fits perfectly within our homes footprint. However, we have had multiple issues with the privacy screen (Adjusted twice and then replaced) and the upper control panel has been replaced twice due to fogging issues. Also, the design of the front cover should be re-engineered to prevent it sliding downward. We use the spa nearly every day.

After a spa hiatus of several years, we are thrilled to have a spa again at our new Kansas City residence! It was installed just before Christmas and what a gift it is of relaxation, muscle therapy, and contribution to our wellbeing! Santa knew what we needed and HotSpring spas made it super easy from purchase to delivery! We even had an owl swooping down to take a look at midnight on New Years Eve over our blue-lit water in the midst of a winter wonderland! "Beam" us up!"
