Third Hotspring Envoy Hottub

This is my third hotsprings envoy hottub. The previous one lasted over 12 years. I use this tub every night. I find it very relaxing and therapeutic. This time I went with the salt water version due to the recommendation of the store and employees who sold me the tub. Every new hottub has been improved over the previous version. I look forward to using this one for many years to come.

Should probably pass on this one

Very noisy hot tub hard to relax because ozone pump makes an incredible amount of noise. Temperature control is bad, set temp to 102 it hits 103 and 104. Hotwater vent is dangerously hot, if you put your foot over it, hot enough to burn your skin.

While our spas can be set to a maximum temperature of 104 degrees Fahrenheit, it’s important for you to feel comfortable. You have the flexibility to set the water temperature to whatever feels right for you. We designed the heater return to circulate heated water effectively, ensuring that your spa maintains the temperature you desire.

We have been enjoying this hot tub for about 4 months. One of the best quality on the market. So good for relaxing before bed.

Horrible access panel clip design

Access panel clips the WORST design I have ever seen. It took me AND the technician 25 minutes to get it closed. Ruins an otherwise great tub and I have had four. Bad joke.

I experienced a total change in my overall well being within days of utilizing my new spa. Powerful yet comfortable, my legs and feet have never been better. Built strong and simple to operate. I highly recommend the Sovereign.

No service after the sale

We are very unhappy with our tub. We could not try rhem as they were going off to a show and had drained them for transport. OK our fault. We were 2 couples we both bought that day. Ours was too deep they said they would mail some type of pillow: didn’t happen. At installation they put rib in backwards to steps river etc. said they would fix for $700; did not happen. Installers sis not know how to level even though we’re were promised leveling husband had to get them shims and show them how. So far it’s been awful we have a hot tub I drown in. Covers up the river view and the steps are on the wrong side. But our friends don’t even have theirs yet 2 months later. We all paid cash would never buy from hot springs jacksonville ?orange park? Florida again. No service after the sale.

I share your concern about the shimmed Grandee spa, as we advise that a spa of that size should not be shimmed. Ensuring that the base foundation is level before placing the spa is crucial for optimal enjoyment. I can also understand how challenging it can be to enjoy your spa when the water level feels too high. A spa seat cushion sounds like a wonderful solution, and I will be sure to bring up your River View spa orientation with the dealer as well. Great tub - but the IQ Salt System is a Failure

I have owned a Hot Spring spa for nearly 20 years, replacing my older Sovereign with a new Prodigy just 3 months ago. From its installation, the IQ Salt System has not worked adequately. The Water Care screen provides false readings of the chlorine and PH level compared to that which I get from water tests. HS's customer service is NO HELP!
